ABOUT US
DHIU was established as an Islamic Academy in 1986 and formally upgraded to a university in May 2009. The philosophy upheld by DHIU was the unique product of prolonged discourses and deliberations among great visionary scholars and supportive community leaders who were deeply concerned about the dichotomous view towards education as religious and secular.

The educational movement of DHIU stretched its working spheres to other states of India to implement the replica of DHIU so as to uplift Muslims belong to these states in educational and cultural dimensions and create and sustain a community of learning in which students acquire knowledge and apply it in the development of society and nation with due consideration for ethical and religious values.
Thanzeel 2k19- all kerala hifz competition is held as part of silver jubilee celebrations of DHIU UG students' union (ASAs) under DHIU Huffaz Council. The final competition will be conducted on 24 February 2019.
RULES AND REGULATIONS

Age limit restricted from 8 to 20.

Only students from Dars and Colleges under Samastha are allowed to participate.

Maximum 5 students from an institution can apply.

Candidates are requested to bring original birth certificate or aadhar card as proof of identity and age.

Certificate or affidavit of ustad or principal should be presented as the proof.
-
In competition, the same importance is given for both Qira'th and Hifz.
-
The selection for the stage competition is through audition and no recommendation should be granted.
-
Competition may be time scheduled according to the condition and preference of programs.

Candidates are requested to follow the programme setting and cooperate for the smooth conduction.

Audition round is scheduled to be held on 06-02-2019

Only 30 out of audition round contestants will be selected for final competitions

Jury and the judges are the final authority in competition and no appeals are accepted.

The deadline for registration is 30-01-2019
